I recently had the pleasure of working with Alexandria Stout, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From our first phone interaction of her throughly asking what we are looking for, to closing on our home, she consistently demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping people find what they are looking for.What truly stood out to me was her willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was answering my countless questions or providing support beyond typical business hours, and even calling months after to make sure we still enjoy the home, she made us feel like her top priority. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her clients and their satisfaction.She took us from home to home making sure it hit all our marks are informed us of the history of the home from when it was built and all renovations done to it. None of them were prefect till we found 305 Virginia, built by JESCO, the house was just drywall and subfloor but we saw the vision and knew it was perfect.The quality of craftsmanship is remarkable, and it truly reflects the dedication that went into every aspect of the construction.We feel incredibly fortunate to have been able to have found JESCO and we appreciate the professionalism and commitment he showed us throughout the process. If me and my wife were ever to buy another house or build one, I would want it built by JESCO.

Alexandria is not only an amazing agent, but she is also so kind and helpful. She is always willing to go above and beyond. I found some property that I loved, but it was not listed for sale. Alexandria called the owner to inquire about the property for me, and even though they were not kind to her, she was still happy to do so, and offered to do again (but for different property LOL).

But 3 days before closing the property came off the market .no fault of her or ourselves. I was heartbroken and very anxious at the time because we were on a limited time frame and budget. She was more than willing to continue to work with us when we started looking in nearby places. She stuck by our side even as we were considering homes in another nearby state. She helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer. She was very knowledgeable about The process of purchasing a home through a USDA approved loan among many other issues that come with purchasing a new home. I would have been lost without her guidance throughout this journey. She went above and beyond with her professionalism and patience with me.
